At AI Pency, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-driven content creation services to our users. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are only issued in specific circumstances as outlined below. AI Pency generally does not provide refunds for completed services or fulfilled subscriptions except under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a significant technical issue that prevents you from accessing our services, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Billing Errors: In the case of accidental or duplicate billing, please contact us within 30 days for correction and potential refund.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not issued for monthly subscription fees. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, partial refunds may be issued if you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription term. After the 14-day period, refunds are not available.

3. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a content generation or image creation request is completed, refunds are not available. Our services are delivered as digital products, and users receive full access to the requested content immediately upon completion.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the conditions above, please contact our support team at support@aipency.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues prior to requesting a chargeback from your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your AI Pency account.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

AI Pency reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
